To read your words is a great pleasure.
I read them carefully as though I was listening.
I nod just at the right time,
encourage you to keep talking when you stop
and help you find the right words
whenever you are struggling.
You tell me about your day,
about your thoughts,
and your dreams.
It's nice to listen
when your days are filled with silence.
